Disgusting and never ever going back to any branch

<p>I had a bug in my burger and I phoned complaints department on Friday when this happend. I have not heard from them since then. And just before this incident I also phones them because we used the web to order food and they didn't put in our jalapeño sauce..... Really pathetic.... I was so hungry and I had nothing to eat and to find a bug in my food..... Just gross </p>
