Disgusting

I am disgusted Today the 1st May I order a mac donalds grand chicken spicy mean. Firstly the lettuce put on my burger was terrible, The patty and the cheese was fine. The roll was also not the freshest. How you can send food like this to customers is beyond me. Also, an ant was crawling in my box. I have taken a picture. When someone contacts me I will provide the picture. I will never eat mac donalds again. I actually vomited. I ordered via the delivery service.
