DISGUSTING

I ordered food off the McDonalds app and waited 3 hours for deliver. Somebody from McDonalds phoned 2 and a half hours into the LONG waiting process and still had the audacity to ask if they can get another 20 minutes to deliver because there is "nobody to deliver".

Constant pathetic customer service, on the app and in-store.

The food that got delivered was not what I ordered. The food that got delivered looked cold stale and absolutely poorly made.

McDonalds service keeps getting more and more disgusting.

This needs to be dealt with, and very soon.
