Disgusting

<p>i went to Mcdonalds on the 22nd of April at around 11am , i bought a chicken meal and headed back to work which was just down the road from Mcdonalds. </p> <p>when i bite into my meal i felt a sharp pain the hit the nerve ending of my tooth , my entire mouth lost feeling and a sharp pain hit my brain. when i took out the bite i took i found a ***** which was in my burger. i went to mcdonalds right away , i was extremely upset. the manager looked at me blankly and made me wait to fill in documents. she then asked if i wanted a another meal. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT ANOTHER MEAL????????</p> <p>i filled in the docs and waited for them to get back to me which took ages. i recieved a email from the claims department requesting documentation from my doctor and costs. i then got a reply saying they could not help. i am on treatment for a mouth infection i picked up, my mouth still goes numb and it has affected my job and my life. i work as a sales agent and there are days i cannot do my job properly because my jaw hurts and sometimes gets locked. my doctor has also sent a report of my condition to them and i have left them many messages which I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!!!! it is now the 12th of June and no one has gotten back to me. i was told not to go to social media till this is sorted and resolved however no body has had the compassion and urgency to help me. i could have choked and died, i am the sole supporter of my family, i have 2 little kids. Mcdonalds is disgusting and it is very sad to know how heartless a big brand like mcdonalds can be.</p>
