Disgusted with the service

I'm appalled by the service I received from MC Donald in West Street Durban. The manager has no regards for customers I had to wait over an hour for my meal I requested to cancel my order that too was a mission the manager and her staff laughed at me at the back when I said I want to cancel. I was running late for my appointment which was cancelled because I was late over 45 minutes. Wasted my time and money. You should consider doing leadership skills and customer service for ur staff. After an hrs long wait for my meal they give me the wrong order. I couldn't go back and complain as I had left the area and the risk of being laughed at again. Never will u see me using yr services no apologies nothing they just gave the wrong order. Disgusted is an under statement
