Disgusted with the service

I am totally disgusted with the service from McDonalds. For a huge institute like McDonalds, especially coming from international s****s, you would expect exceptional service. I ordered the Share box and they did not include my nuggets. What concerns me, the lady asked me what I would like to drink and she was confused as if it were her 1st day. She tal**** up my cold drinks and added R7 per drink but when asked, she said it is R7 on the meal added. Shelly, the manager was informed about the nuggets when I got home and \PROMISED"me my nuggets plus a McFlurry in which she sent me only the nuggets and knocked off before I could call. The new manager on duty was not informed of this and when this was brought to light"
