Disgusted with service

I ordered 2 sausage mc****ins medium meals with egg and black coffee at the drive through and was told to park off for 2 minutes, needless to say 20 minutes later I was still waiting. When I got to the window to enquire what was the delay, the manager seemed disinterested. A lady claimed to be from head office agreed that the service was '*******' and took my number. I asked for a refund and as I was leaving she told the manager not to worry about me. Is that acceptable behaviour from a person from MacDonalds head office. Pathetic, disgusting service. Not even common curtosy.
