Disgusted with Service

<p>thokozana the manager at the Hillfox Branch is rude unhelpful God only knows how he got a manager position. <br /> I work about 1km from Mac Donald Hilfox and at 14:11 pm today myself and some fellow workers ordered 2 Sunday's; 2 Oreo mc flurries and 2 caremel Oreo Mac flurries. <br /> <br />The order arrives at 15:10 to find that the Sunday's has turned to milkshake as well as the caremel Oreo Mac flurries. The driver calls the manager and he promises to fix the problem at have to back to us in no time. Upon 16:20 they return with the same problem and the Mac flurries is just ice cream with choc chips on - like *** is that. I get on the phone speak to the so called manager and his firstly rude and doesn't even apologies - he will resent someone I'm already on my way home. Upon getting to the Hillfox Mac Donald's he busy eating blatly ignoring me upon requesting my money back. After all the Hassel I get my money back and hand them the so called milkshakes back. I am so disgusted as I never ever experienced such from any Mac Donald's</p>
