DISGUSTED WITH MC DONALDS REALLY NOW!!!!

I don't understand how or why I'm receiving a text to say my incident has been resolved when I've even been contacted about the incident..... just goes to show how poor their service is!!!!! Don't give a rats ass about their customers!!!!!
