Disgusted to the core

I have never been so disgusted with the service i have received from a restaurant EVER.

Me and a couple of colleagues ordered from the Rosebank branch. My order was 1 Med Cajun Chicken Burger, Med Coke and the large fries, when my order came it, the food was cold, the burger was messy and we had then realised only after the delivery guy had left that there was cold-drink short

Several attempts to the call centre was made, proving to be a futile attempt as the consults kept on telling us they would call. I still haven't received a call

This really disgusting coming from a well known restaurant like Mc Donalds. My last experience at the Midrand branch was also not very pleasing as i found a fly in my burger. I had requested to speak to the manager however was ignored

They should ****en close down as this is not the type of service one should be getting from a place that sells food
