Disgusted to say the least!

I will never go to McDonald's Blackheath, Cresta again!!! Apart from the bad service and terrible attitude of the staff - instead of refunding my money, they debit my account again. So to my horror, I log onto my online banking to see if my money had been refunded to discover that an additional R72.00 had been deducted. When I called Customer Care, i was spoken to with NO care or urgency. And when I called the McDonalds, a lady by the name of Irene proceeded to laugh at me on the phone and she told me that the Manager, Prince, that I was dealing with doesnt work there! I could not be more disappointed and angry! How can you treat people like this? How do you render a service like this? How can you be that *********** that you double debit a clients account instead of processing a refund????
