Disgusted, pathetic and disrespectfull service

I am gob smacked and disgusted at the service people receive at Mcdonalds N1 City branch. Just another reminder why I have not visited your store in over 6 months. First you get the whole orders wrong, then offered to replace the meals, then After more then 2 weeks of eventually being able to get the store and having to call two days in a row to confirm the replacement order just to find that nobody could help or assist the client because Nicole is only back on Thursday. This was on Monday and Tuesday and I must call between 8-17h00 about complaints. Then Chantel called today to apologise and confirm that Nicole will be on duty tonight because I can only get to store again tonight as I had to attend conference at sports science building in newlands. Then having to drive all the way back to n1 city after 21h00 at night. Placing the order and then to be told to come into the store under false pretense. Just be to interrogated by Nicole. For whom I do sound fami**** and also don't. For whom she said she would put the complaint and order on the group so if she is not at the store anyone can help me. And now i had to come home and explain to my kids and call my students parents to explain that I created a false expectation that this lying, useless and disrespectful store was willing to reply their meals that was wrong How dare you put me in this situation. I don't give a dam about your food but the kids was the one's who were disappointed by the wrong orders and just to be given false hope that their orders will actually be rectified. Wow. How low will you go in how you treat your clients. Why do you people think when a client complaints about wrong orders and bad service they want free food. And this I told Nicole that I don’t want your free food she insisted to give the store a chance to rectify the mistake. Now i must go look for the slip. I flippen slip that most probably ended up in the bin along with all the s****ped off lettuce and sauces that was not suppose to be on the orders. I am truly disgusted in your service. You should be ashamed of yourself.
