Disgusted in McDonalds Rosmead

Tonight @ 21.50 I came with my kids to McDonalds rosmead an was greeted with closed doors. There was patrons still inside but the door were locked I walked around the store to the drive thru window and asked a lady who very rudily told me the store closes at ten. I told her it was still five to ten how could they close she rolled her eyes just turned her back and walked away saying they were closes at ten. I walked back to the window and knocked requesting to speak to manager. The security looked at the same lady that was rude and she pointed to him to tell me they closed. I could here her rude behaviour in the store. The security was rude as well and only after the manager spoke to me he apologised. The manager himself cannot control the rude staff. This is not the first time this has happend at the same store. The staff has no respect nor any level of customer service. Blatantly rude and disrespectful. My kid was I'll and wanted a happy meal. I drove to plumstead to buy him one. Check camera footage.
