Disgusted in McDonald's Promenade Delivery Service

I am disgusted with the delivery service of McDonald's Mitchell's Plain. I placed my order at 12:45, I received an estimated delivery time of 13:30 - 13:45 of my delivery, I phoned Mc Donald's twice to check on my order, I only received my order at 15:00. Then the driver comes and hands me the wrong order, when he finally gets to the right order my food was cold, chips tasted cardboard and the cool drinks tasted like water it was so flat I can hardly say I had coke. I was forced to eat it as I already paid, and couldn't afford to wait another 2 hours for fresh warm and juicy food. Also I had to eat while working as I lost out on my lunch time and my boss didn't want to give me a few more minutes.
