disgusted in mcdonalds

Last night we stopped at the mcdonald in voortrekker road close to vasco blv we waited in the frive through for a HALF an hour???? What is the point theres a drive through then??? Then when we were FINALLY served.... and drove away as we were in a hurry.... we opened the packet and had the total wrong order! Nothing that we ordered was in there. We ordered two bbq double meals we got one cajun chicken spicy meal and we HATE spicy food and one beef which was also spicy and the fries were ICE cold! I want compensation and my complaint resolved today! Disgusting service... !!
