Disgusted in mc donalds

Good day I am very disgusted in the service we received at your mc Donald's in landsdowne cape town.

I came there to order 2 x kiddies meals and we get told the coke machine is out of order because they dont have gas and said we as a customer must pay an extra R4 for juice.

When we called for the manager (Male who wont say his name ) he was smiling as if it is a joke to them. So we asked for another manager (female who wont give her name ) we the told the that it is not our problem as a customer that the coke machine is not working and that you need to absorb the cost of giving the customers a juice in place of the coke at the same price.

We as customers told them that and the managers said it is not there problem the machine is working and went to go hid around the corner and not communicate with any of the customers wanting answers.

When we ask the staff managers name they ignore us and even the managers stood hiding around the corner for more than 20minutes .

This service is really disgusting. We buy food from mc Donald's 3 times a week and at the same mc Donald's and this is the service we get.

I am actually going to take the to the newspapers because it is unacceptable the way mc donalds landsdowne treats its customers.

I hope to hear back from you soonest because I am utterly disgusted. Is this the people you employ to stand as a manager for your brand.
