DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

Mc Donald’s inside small street mall (shop no 195 corner small and Raheem’s Moosa Street Johannesburg) your service is PATHETIC and your staff is DISRESPECTFUL i am APPAULED by the service that I received yesterday (Saturday 27th July 2019) after waiting for almost an hour to receive my order I approached a lady that was disbursing the orders in order to ask why my order is taking long as I had noticed that people who had ordered before have received their orders.. the lady’s ATTITUDE towards me was Despicable not only was she rude and showed no sense of decorum she continued to insult and shout at me in front of other customers telling me that it’s not her problem that I did no hear her call out my name yet my order number did not reflect on the screen where my mother and I were looking at to ensure that we don’t miss out on our order..she publicly humiliated me and forgot that I am the CUSTOMER in this instance, she even refused to assist me when I asked her to warm up my food as it was now cold and unedible I am beyond disgusted at her lack of customer service and respect towards customers even bystander who saw and observed the incident concurred on how Rude and disrespectful she..eventually after a while of arguing with this lady the manager appeared and even when the manager tried to talk to her she continued shouting and hurling insults at me..she has Dragged the name Mc Donald’s to the mud and I am EXTREMELY APPAULED and DISGUSTED!!!!
