DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

Dear Sir / Madam. This morning I ordered two sausage egg mc****ins with free coffees and two hot chocolates. I ordered through the drive through, the lady brushed me off when I hadnt placed my order finished, I had to ask to place the full order. Went through to the paypoint and paid. Got my debit card back and requested a receipt as I had only been handed the card machine receipt. The lady said she would print another one and gave me another card receipt, I then asked for a receipt for the order. She then said, oh we have a problem with the system. I was not informed beforehand and had to ask for a slip. Then moved to the next window where I had a 20 minute wait and ended up being late for work. The lady asked me for my slip, I told her I didnt get one. She then asked for my order, I told her I placed it at the little box and dont know the names of the things that I ordered. She then asked me again, by then I told her to walk back to where I placed the order and find out for herself. She came back and asked me again. I briefly explained or tried to remember my order. She then brought me a hot chocolate and a cuppacino - wrong - more to add, not enough chcracters
