Disgusted by Mcdonalds South Africa

Mcdonalds must be the worse at handling issues from customers. It has been two weeks since I tripped and fell at Mcdonalds, Plattekloof, and after hospital bills and a failed attempt to get into contact with them, they have yet to respond with a senseable answer to my concerns. Instead, I have been approached by a clueless insurer who does not even know what is happening at the store itself. Already one of the last options I would opt for, now they dont even care if you fall and die on the premises. Disgusted
