Disgusted by McDonald's Mall@reds Centurion

I am absolutely disgusted with the McDonald's Mall@reds Centurion.

Early this morning 03/06/18 @2:30 am, a few of my friends and I stopped at the McDonald's for a bite to eat since it is a 24hr McDonald's and it was the only place in the area that served food at that hour. 2 of my friends (ladies) really needed to use the toilet, so I asked the security guard to please let them in as they are really desperate. Seeing that we were customers, I assumed since this reputable fast food restaurant was open 24hrs, the security guard would let us in with no problems... This however was not the case. My two lady friends begged the security guard to let them use the facilities but he was rude and arrogant and did not want to speak to them, this was when I intervened. The security guard had said that they are closed and only the drive thru was open. I told him that we are customers and these two ladies desperately need to use the loo. After arguing with him, he called the manager on duty (Arnold I think his name was) and this manager blatantly refused me and said "No" and closed the window at me.

I will never buy from this McDonald's again if customers are treated with such disrespect if we are begging to use the toilets when they are clearly open! We felt humiliated and embarrassed that a well-known brand treats their customers with such inconsideration.

Shame on you McDonald's Mall@reds!!!!!!!!!! I will never recommend anyone to buy from you again.
