Disgusted by Mc Donald's Pinelands via Uber eats, long wait, cold food, NO milkshake or toy received

Disgusted by how MC Donald's Pinelands operate and how long a simple order takes. The uber app said delivery will be done at 21:55pm An order was placed via Uber eats at Mc Donald's Pinelands. Firstly the driver messages me to say that there are no Chocolate shakes but iced coffee and drinks, bare in mind this was a shake added to a happy meal at an extra cost of R8.90 and they did not want to give a chocolate sundae instead, I asked for the juice a happy meal comes with. The food then arrives COLD and the toy is NO where to be found, I have then called the driver and he NEVER received the item. I called the branch and NO answer. Please contact me regarding the money I paid for the shake and for the toy that was supposed to be with the meal!!!
