Disgusted at the treatment at McDonald's in Malvern, Quuensburgh

This is the worst restaurant that I have been to for some time. They do not have much to offer. For a burger place, they don't even have beef burgers. The staff make you feel like you are working for them, they order the customers around. I went there today with my two granddaughters. They wanted nugget meal. The lady who assisted us at the ordering machine, said that the nuggets were out of stock. The next choice was beef burgers and the lady advised that they dont have beef burgers. We then ordered chicken burgers. My granddaughters had one look at the burger when it was brought and without touching it, they refused to eat it, as it looked dry and not fit to be eaten. I asked another one of the staff whether they had beef burgers and she advised that they did. I asked that the chicken burgers be changed to beef, as I had asked before I ordered and was told there was no beef burgers. They refused. The manager advised that it was not allowed. I asked for the owner's details and was told to call the store, but she was not there, so how would that have helped me. This was a disgusting experience and I would not recommend eating here, or supporting this unfriendly, poorly stocked establishment. The staff refuse to have you order at the till, even if you are ordering just a drink. They insist you order it at the machine. I will keep writing about my disgust at this place for upsetting me and wasting my money, until the owner contacts me and apologises. I have the burgers to give back to the owner so they can see how unappetising it looks. I will also lodge a complaint with their head office.
