Disgusted at McDonalds Durban road Bellville

McDonalds Durban road Bellville 4 Jan 2026 I took my 8 year old son who is autistic and has adhd to play in the park opposite McDonalds. I then needed to use the bathroom and ran across to McDonalds a rude and utterly unmannered staff member of McDonalds followed me to the bathroom, the toilet cubicle lock was broken I then pushed the sanitary bin against the door to keep it closed , this rude woman that works for McDonalds kept shouting and banging on the door 1st I am using to much toilet paper then she shouts I must get out now I am not a customer she then threatens me saying she will tell the security to not let me enter Mcdonald ever again and then she has the audacity and the nerve to push the toilet door open and come into the toilet while I am still sitting on the toilet with my pants down trying to get done. I reported it to the manager who called her then she starts screaming at me in front of the manager and the other customers in McDonalds. I am disgusted and utterly appalled at this and I am most definitely taking this further. Invasion of privacy and horrible customer service. Who is McDonalds hiring now a days if there staff can treat any human being in this manner.
