Disgusted at McDonalds assistance

I am disgusted by the McDonlads The Palms K90. I tried to redeem my points and no one assists me. When I press process and there showed an amount of R81 I had to pay and I know I ordered it through my points and an extra fries and cooldrink with my fries it did not process. I requested assistance and thr lady just pressed process as I could have tried to cancel my order and maybe get my points back. But she just then removed my stuff off the order and said that is that and I will loose my points. I lost an total of 8500 points.

The people are rude and I cannot believe we get people like that assisting in the front.
