Disgusted and Pathetic Service Delivery

I am so disgusted in MacDonalds Vangate Mall for their poor service. I placed an order with Uber eats for 2 burger meals and one of the meals was incorrected I then sent it back with the Uber driver and contacted the store and spoke to Asanda the Manager at the Branch in Vangate Mall in Cape Town she then apologized and said she will send the correct meal. An hour later I still did not receive my meal and again phoned her after numerous attempts. Eventually she answered the phone and told me that I must complain to Uber eats as I placed the order with them. The more I told that Uber et did not make the meal as they gave them the correct order it was MacDonald's they made a mistake with the order. The bottom line we never received the correct meal which we paid for. So one son had a meal and the other did not have a meal. So paid for a meal which I did not received. Heather
