Disgusted and disappointed

Actually disappointed with the service received at McDonald's Okavango crossing, This is now the 3rd time and all 3rd times i have waited long for my order, staff stand around and chat instead of assisting, All 3 times I went there after 7am, and still service was pathetic, if my order is not incorrect then its beverage that is also incorrect, i will never set foot there again
