disgusted! an excuse for a manager and cold food!

On Saturday evening we purchased a mega mac meal and a 2 cheese burger meal. the chips were cold and so were the burgers. the mega mac had no sauce, no gherkins, no cheese, nothing! and upon calling the store the manager on duty said that there is nothing she could do! thats unacceptable. it makes her as a manager seem *********** and she had a bad attitude. i find this so disappointing, not only was the food cold and stale, the service we received was even worse!
