DISGUSTED

MC Donalds Brooklyn just wow, myself and my son popped in after our morning run I wanted a coffee and we had something to eat next bathroom rum and the top bathroom is closed i go down stairs and ask if they cant open the bathroom as I need to use it and was told they will send someone to open after almost 10mins i go back down stairs ask to speak to the manager and was told the bathroom upstairs can't be used after what is now 15minutes this is said i ask why was this not said to me right at the start and of cause i get ignored my point is that is disgusting by far what kind of business are you running and i was but the second customer here so it's not that the place was busy as it was not even that would have been understandable NEVER EVER AGAIN DISGUSTED
