Disgusted

One too many horrible experience with this branch. I have sent numerous emails and complaints to head office and no response at all. First few complaints fell on deaf ears it seems. Today was the cherry on the cake. We went to Mc Dondald's Paarl (Restaurant #***) for desert. Ordered 1 x Oreo McFlurry 1 x Smarties McFlurry 1 x Strawberry Sunday Arrived at the window to pay and cashier called the (incorrect) order. She had 2 x Oreo McFlurry, 1 x Smartie Mc Flurry. My husband corrected her and said 1 x Oreo McFlurry must be taken off, as we only ordered 1 of those and we have ordered a Strawberry Sundae. She fixed it on the bill and said we can proceed to collection window. The order was stuffed into his hands and the attendant just turned around and started chatting to a fellow staff member. Upon investigation we noticed that the incorrect Oreo McFlurry was just adjusted by throwing a blop of strawberry syrup over the Oreo McFlurry. It looked abd tasted like something a 5 year old would make. This is incredibly sad to experience such poor service, especially in times like these. We try to support our restaurants during this lockdown and pandemic, but we are not willing to waste our hard earned money on poor quallity and service such as we had today.
