Disgusted

<p>We ordered our food from McDonald's in Nelson Mandela street, just to find when we wanted to eat it that the one BigMac burger shorted a pattie and that the Grand Chicken Jalapeno burgers chicken was still raw. How is this for paid service you pay for your food and then you cant eat it or it is shorting? How is the staff trained and the management to allow such disgusting service to be provided</p>
