DISGUSTED!!!!!!!

I went to Mc Donalds with my partner last night in Maitland. Using the drive thru. The lady who assisted us was so rude, abrupt and not professional at all! First things the price is missing from the menu you look at when you at the drive thru, that okay things happen whatever. This lady, her name is Inga, she never greeted, when we told her the price is missing, she told us we don't have that.... how were we suppose to know they don't have it? It's not her fault that they don't have it. But I'm sure great customer service response would've been we/I apologize that is currently unavailable. We go on to ask for the price of the Cajun Chicken Deluxe as it not in there. With the most disgusting attitude she responded telling us the price. We went to pay and addressed the issue with her, again no apology, instead she told us she was busy as she was taking a payment from the previous customer so she was multi tasking, with an attitude of course. If we were not expecting loadshedding at 8, we would've definitely drove away from that Mc Donalds because of how disgusted we were! Imagine going to a place to spend your own hard earned cash and get treated like you there to beg or something.
