DISGUSTED

I am highly disgusted in this branch and most of all the so called manager Unathi. Never in my life were I treated like that being the customer. My husband went through the the drive through and ordered two OREO mc Flurrys, and when he got home there were Two OREO mcflurrys without Oreo??? When I phoned the manager answered the phone no introducing her or the company over the phone, when I asked if this is McDonald's she screamed HUH? I asked her doesn't she have telephone etiquette as that is not the way to speak to someone. She did not even know what that is. I told her about the \mistake"and her words .. Wait for it... haibo! I asked her if there was another manager that I can speak to and she said no. I said that is strange. She kept quite. After I asked her if she is going to speak to me or waste my airtime she dropped my call. Very unprofessional!!!! Every single time we go that branch there is something wrong with our order or they do not have the correct packaging. According to me this is unacceptable. I am highly disgusted and shocked about the manner she handled this complaint and the way she spoke to me. """
