Disguisting Service

Today - i had such a terrible service at the Carlswald MacDonald. Firstly i went inside the restaurant and placed my order, after waiting for 30 minutes i then asked the lady who was calling people's numbers (Confidence) to please assist she then went to the back where i can see her assembling my order - after waiting for so long with people that were behind me leaving i was surprised that only after asking was my order being made, she then returned my order which was incorrect and i told her it was incorrect she threw down my food and told me its not her fault i should ask the cashier who helped me. i had to wait for the cashier to finish with the people she had in line and then she assisted me. I spent an hour at MacD and felt disrespected and degraded after spending my money and then being treated like less of a human and my food being thrown down.
