Disgruntled customer

I ordered 4 burgers, an hour later they were not delivered I then called the same call center and I was put on hold by Sinethemba for about 10 minutes as he claimed he was trying to call the store (colombine) I then dropped the phone and called again, as I was on the phone with Julias the driver came to deliver. I paid the driver without checking my order. I then found that my meal is cold. Sinethemba called to try to apologize I told him about my cold meal and he could suggest that I shouldn't have paid for the meal and they were supposed to change it. How could I since my kids were hungry? I am very disappointed at the service I recieved tonight. My order number is 252-01/04/2 ********** 1 acc to EDT 19:21 and the order time 18:51 but the Edt was 20:00pm
