Disgraceful and worse Service ever

Yesterday is was my 7 year old son's birthday and we decided as a family to go to Hillcrest at McDonald.We had the worse experience ever.We waited 45 minutes for our order no.3313.when I went and enquired I was told it somehow was not retrieved by the kitchen which I found that very strange.They did see us sitted there and they continued ignoring us as we were eat in clients.I then went and enquired ,was rudely responded by waiter Dan Richards, who did not even face me and continued by the coffee station with his back facing me and said I should speak to the cashier Nosipho he knows nothing about the order.Nosipho then took my slip without apologizing and said she will check with the kitchen.My husband wanted a refund and was told it will be quick.After 15 minutes the order came and was brought by the manager who just said sorry and brought the order with a carry bag in a tray.She said the drinks will follow. As my kids were hungry we stayed and ate in.Drinks came in after 5 minutes only to find that I order 2 x happy meals for my boys and selected boys toys on the machine and 1 boy and 1 girl toy arrived.2.The hot chocolate ordered by my husband was half full in his cup the Large apple juice I ordered was like water.The staff and management( Londiwe Shozi)there are wicked they did all this bad service thinking we will go away without eating in and offered terrible service as we just needed our order and celebrate my son's birthday in his favorite place only to find the worse service ever.Asanda the Barrista came to the rescue as we were complaining to him and he served us correctly and was very hospitable.He deserves sum credit and an award in the manner that he handled us.The manager was no way to be seen.She deserves to be demoted or trained as to how to handle guest complaints.Thank you so very much Asanda for your service at the end of all the dissatisfaction.You did your best but never expected such a service from Macdonald at Hillcrest.
