Disappointment i got from Mac D

I called Macdonald alberton on the 23/08/2017 to book for my daughter's birthday party i spoke to Lerato n she said the is no problem i must come in the store to finalize the date...i went to the store and we agreed on the date which was the 27/08/2017 and she said i must pay for the cake which was R100,i payed the R100 and she told me that she wont be around on the 27/08/2017 as she will be doing a late shift but i must ask for a lady called Happy to find out Happy was never told anything and the cake was never ordered and i laid a complain to the manager but she told me that she can not do anything as the Lerato is not around...I was sent to shoprite to buy a cake which i was not happy about....so can Lerato order my cake please ...
