Disappointing treatment

Very disappointed,redeemed my rewards on McDonald's app had to wait close to 30 mins for my order only to find out it was not even what I ordered this is not the first time buying something with my rewards points and getting food that is not up to standard or waiting longer why is there rewards if U going to serve ppl something they did not order or food that's not prepared properly
