Disappointing service yet again

We bought several meals from McDonald's (Nelson Mandela Street, Bloemfontein) on Friday and we made the mistake of not checking the order before leaving the drive thru. We get home only to realise that the happy meal doesn't have the nuggets, only the sauce. We live far on the outskirts of town and therefore driving back to town is a journey let alone a waste of petrol. This is now the third time this has happened this month at the same outlet. They focus on chit chatting among themselves and disregard the customer in front on them hence these kinds of unnecessary mistakes happen. This is rather unprofessional and I am irate because it cost me a long drive and petrol only to be cheated of what I paid for. It's irritating!!!!!
