Disappointing service received

Hi guys As a loyal customer of the brand macd I was so disappointed in the way or service I received today at the Franchise at the store located at the protea glen centre at Soweto.the service was so slow with the staff forgetting the point or concept of fast food restaurant at some point we even had to fight and complain to get our food as it was a mess and the staff didn’t really have the sense of agency or attending to customer needs. The guys working there are not bad at all just that service today was so bad.
