Disappointing service at McDonalds Observatory

On Friday, February 28, 2025, I visited McDonald's (Observatory) during lunchtime, and they were extremely busy. To make matters worse, the app machine was malfunctioning, forcing customers to pay at the till. The queue was very long, and the cashier was unable to assist anyone because he was waiting for the manager to resolve an issue with the till. The Manager was arguing with another customer and did not assist the cashier. Only one till was operational.

After a long wait, I was finally able to pay for my order and found a seat. I then asked a staff member for a takeaway packet, but she informed me that she was too busy to assist me. When I mentioned that I would write a review about my experience, she dismissively rep****, "Whatever."

Additionally, the kitchen area was filthy, and the overall service was terrible.
