Disappointing Service and Quality at McDonald’s Rustenburg Waterfall

I’m very disappointed with the service at the McDonald’s in Rustenburg Waterfall. I ordered a Spicy Cajun burger, and the meat smelled and tasted off. I always order this burger, so I could immediately tell something wasn’t right.

When I raised the issue, the manager (Nosame) approached me with a rude attitude and no intention to listen or assist. She walked away while I was still explaining, which I found very unprofessional, especially coming from a manager. I was not rude and didn’t expect her to be like that

Despite the poor experience, I remained polite and simply informed one of the staff members cleaning tables that I would not be eating the burger. Food poisoning is serious the manager should be educated on customer service
