Disappointing service and food.

I've purchased a few meals from McDonald's on my way home from the bluff towers mall, although I ordered extra sauce in my burger in particular which was the spicy mcfeast and paid for the extra sauce. what I recieved was a dry burger which was so poorly put together. The saddest part is the bluff branch staff are always standing in groups talking and joking in the kitchen with no1 at the till.
