Disappointing Service

Consistency is admirable, however not when it’s consistent poor service... Tonight had to drive back about 4km’s from a filling station to get part of my order that I did not receive - disappointing as it was, I must commend McDonald’s Alberton (Restaurant # ***) for being consistent in letting a customer down and in having perfected the art of leaping over the part where an apology goes.
