Disappointing service

Today (04/March/2019) I placed an order via the call center for 2 cajun deluxe meals. I was told by Gift the consultant that my food will arrive in an hours time. After an hour and thirty minutes I was still waiting for my food. I called again only to be told my food will arrive in the next 5 minutes... that turned out to be 20 to 30 minutes wait... by then I was annoyed.

When the driver arrived.. he was rude and the drinks we soaked... wet and leaking.. he just handed them to me like that.. sticky me messy. After this experience I don't think I will be having any McDonald's...

Your service is disappointing.
