DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

<p>I am disappointed in the service I have received today from McDonald's Edenvale. I placed an order via the McDelivery Mobile App and did not have to pay a delivery fee. I order a Grand Chicken Mayo Med meal with a Fanta Orange and requested no ice. When the delivery arrived the following was wrong: 1) R10 delivery fee was charged to my account; 2) The driver did not have any change (so he took the money I gave him and went to get change; 3) The cold drink had ice in it, after I repeatedly asked for no ice; 4) I received the incorrect burger - instead of getting MAYO I got JALAPENO sauce. I had to sc**** off the sauce as I don't eat hot sauces and the remaining sauce which I could not removed caused me to have terrible heartburn. The driver did not deduct the R10 delivery fee - but what is the use of using this offer if the restaurant can't get that part right. And why did I bother asking for MAYO if whom ever was preparing the food decided that they want to put JALAPENO sauce on the burger. Can't see the use of picking and deciding on an order if the restaurant can't get that right. </p>
