Disappointing Service

<p>we have been ordering from McDelivery for some time and unfortunately we are serviced by the Fourways Branch. Tonight we placed an order at 18:30. At 20:00 I called to find out where our order was and was told it should be arriving at 20:04. At 20:20 I called again and was promised a call back. At 20:35 I called back AGAIN and was advised that they don't know the reason why it is delayed and that they are so sorry. I eventually received a call back from the 2nd consultant advising that they only had 2 drivers and that all the orders were delayed. I cancelled my order and ordered pizza instead, that arrived in 20 minutes. Two starving children eating after 21:00 at night in a school evening is shocking. T</p>
