Disappointing service

<p>The service I received today from McDonald's was substandard. The cashier was impolite and rude - no greeting or thank you, while the franchise manager stood there and laughed with the staff. This left a bad taste in my mouth, I didn't even eat my burger. I will not be returning there.</p>
