Disappointing SERVICE

I am deeply appalled by the level of incompetence from both UberEats and McDonalds. I ordered a meal but it was delivered incomplete and I was charged the full amount! The lady I was dealing with at McDonalds Dr Pixley Kaseme was extremely rude towards me! The driver from UberEats promised to get back with my outstanding order but didn't l!!!!
