Disappointing meal

Im quite disappointed as a customer who never complaints but today was just different. First the forget to add the juice and forget the ice cream then i got the non spicy cajun burger which i ordered. Nothing on that patty was spicy not even mild. And when i tried to explain to the lady at the restaurant in Brackenfell she kept on telling me its mild spicy when it wasnt even mild. I had a disappointing meal.
