Disappointing McDonald's Hatfield Pretoria

I ordered a triple chilli cheese meal from McDonald's Hatfield in Pretoria.. I got a burger with 3 patties cheese tomato sauce and 1 Pickle..no chilli..no chilli cheese sauce.... I'm very disappointed my colleague ordered a boere burger and he got a patty only.. no other ingredients... not to mention they did not even bother putting it in a box..
